Imitation Crab Salad

Fast, easy, and yummy! Fast, easy, and yummy!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Crab Supreme, or similar imitation crab meat (flake style or small chunk style)
    Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
    Celery
    Heinz Sweet Relish
    celery seed (1/4 tsp or to taste)
    salt and pepper to taste
    Spinach, fresh

Directions

Chop celery into small bits. If necessary, break imitation crab into bite-size pieces. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT spinach; chill. Serve on fresh spinach leaves. (Two servings)

Serving Size: Makes 2 1/2-cup servings
