Pickle soup

Introduction

Simple rice soup with pickles Simple rice soup with pickles
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    White rice, potato, chicken thighs, onion, light cream, pickles, bay leaf, salt and pepper

Directions

1. Fill pot with cold water, add 2 chicken thigh, put to boil.
2. Once water boils, take foam off, add aprox. 2 tbsp. of salt (taste), paper, whole onion, bay leaf. Let cook for 20 min on medium heat.
3. Add rice and potatoes (cut small), get to boil, then cook for 15 min on medium heat.
4. Add shredded pickles, cook for 15 min.
5. Add light cream, threw away onion, cook for 5 min.

Serving Size: 1.5 cup
