This is a tasty casserole made from basic food storage items This is a tasty casserole made from basic food storage items
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup wheat kernals
    2 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme
    4 cups reconstituted Mashed Potatoes
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 cup reconstituted carrots
    1 Tbls dehydrated onion flakes

Directions

Soak wheat in the beef broth for 4 hours.Add onion flakes and simmer until the broth has been full absorbed. Stir in the mashed potatoes, carrots and soup. Top with seasoned bread crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes at 350*
