Ingredients

    * dried navy beans, 3.33 cup
    * Onions, raw, 3 large
    * Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    * Louis Rich Turkey Smoked Sausage, 2 serving
    * Chicken Broth, 6 cup (8 fl oz)
    * *Summer Squash, 1 large
    * Garlic, 2 tsp
    * Salt, .5 tsp

Directions

soak beans over night then drain the next morning. Take the turkey sausage and dice it then combine with broth. Boil it til the broth has the smell of the smoke in the sausage. Add all the other ingredients and simmer for roughly four hours or until the beans are tender.
