White Wine Acron Squash

Introduction

Acorn squash in a buttery white wine sauce Acorn squash in a buttery white wine sauce
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Acorn Squash
    1/2 c White Wine
    3 tsp Minced Garlic
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Chop squash in half, remove seeds, then peel. Then slice halves into half-moon slices (about 1/4" thick) and set aside.
For the sauce add wine, butter, garlic and salt/pepper into a saucepan and let simmer for about 7 mins.
Toss the squash and sauce together in an oven pan and bake at 350F for 40 mins.

Serving Size: Each serving is a quarter of the squash
