    Chicken Thigh, 6 thigh, bone and skin removed (remove)
    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup (remove)
    Barley, pearled, cooked, .333 cup (remove)
    365 Organic Quinoa, .5 cup (remove)
    Lentils, .25 cup (remove)
    Buckwheat, .5 cup (remove)
    Lima Beans, .75 cup (remove)
    *Very Veggie Cocktail Juice, 8 oz (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild, 8 tbsp (remove)
    *Amul Pure Ghee 14g/1 tbs=1 serv, 1 tsp (remove)
    cup raw onion chopped
    chili poweder, cumin, garlic and cayenne pepper

Tips

serve with guacamole
and/or refried beans
spinach salad with mushrooms and tomatoes


Directions

sautee onions & brown chick thighs
put thighs in pot
brown grains and lentils
add liquids to pan, bring to easy simmer
pour over chicken
add chili, garlic and cumin
cook on high 2-3 hours
add frozen lima beans
cook on low til grains are desired softness
