1/4Cup Egg Beaters
1/4 c skim milk
1 tsp vanilla
cinnamon to taste
4 slices lite bread
Coat both sides of each slice of bread and cook on a flat skillet over medium heat, flipping as needed until both sides are toasty brown.
Serve with sugar free syrup and scrambled eggs and you have a low calorie yummy breakfast!
*also, make extra and freeze to use later... then to reheat just take frozen french toast and heat on a skillet over medium heat
