Ingredients

    Lean Ground Beef, 1 pound
    Chopped onion, 1/4 cup
    Barbecue Sauce of your choice, 1/4 cup
    Ketchup, 1/4 cup
    Yellow Mustard, 1 Tablespoon
    1-2 Tablespoons water


Tips

Serve on your favorite bun or roll.


Directions

Brown ground beef until no longer pink. Add onion and sauté until transparent. Add barbecue sauce, ketchup and mustard and combine. Add a tablespoon or two of water to thin the sauce just a bit.

Serving Size: Makes enough filling for 6 sandwiches
