Introduction

Ingredients

    4 large Portabella mushroom caps - sliced
    1 large sweet onion - chopped
    4 cloves garlic - minced
    0.25 cup butter
    4 tbsp. olive oil

Directions

Preheat olive oil in pan. Once hot, add onion and garlic. Cook until translucent. Add mushrooms, mix and add butter so all ingredients are coated. Cook until mushrooms are tender and liquid is cooked down and turns into a glaze.
