Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

    4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
    1/4 C skim milk
    1/4 C egg
    1/4 C seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

Mix egg & milk together. Dip thighs in mixture. Sprinkle each side w/bread crumbs. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
