Debbies Plain Short Cake

Ingredients

    orange juice 1/4 c.
    eggs 2 large
    coconut oil 4 Tbs.
    1 pkg low fat cream cheese
    1tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. self rising flour

Directions

Mix egg, cream cheese. sugar, softened butter well. Add orange juice mix well. Add floue. Spray loaf pan with non stick spray and add ingredients. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Allow to cool and slice in i/2 inch slices.
