2 skinless boneless chicken breasts 1 can artichokes (I used bottoms) 1-2 Roma tomatoes choped 1/2 Cup Pizza Sauce
Put all but cheese into crock pot - add a little water to begin with and cook until chicken is well done. Add 1/4 cheese to each serving after it is dished up. If you want you could serve with a wrap, or over pasta or potatoes, or even with rice or veggies. It's not a pizza - but satified my taste for pizza without ruining my day.
