Carroll Shelby's Chili (lean)

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 package of Carroll Shelby's Chili mix
    1 14.5 oz can of Diced Tomatoes
    1 8 oz can of Tomato Sauce
    1 15.5 oz can of Red Kidney Beans
    1 package of Ground Turkey (1.25 lbs)
    1 Onion (optional)
    8 oz water

Directions

Brown turkey in skillet with onion (optional). Drain fat. Add can of tomato sauce, one can of water (8 oz), can of diced tomatoes, and the can of kidney beans. Stir in large spice packet. If you desire hot, add small red spice packet to your liking. Simmer covered for 15 minutes. For thicker chili add the masa flour (white packet) with 1/3 cup water and let simmer for 5 more minutes.

Package says that it makes six 1 cup servings but I think they're a little bigger than that. Enjoy!
