Baked Apples for Yogurt or pancakes

Introduction

This is a great way to use apples and have on hand for yogurt, granola or pancakes This is a great way to use apples and have on hand for yogurt, granola or pancakes
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 cups Dried Cranberries
    3/4 cups of slivered Almonds
    1/2 cups Splenda Brown Sugar blend (descriptions is of 48 .05 teaspoons)
    1 cup water
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    6 large apples (any variety) cored and chopped

Tips

This is really good, sweet and awesome when adding to plain yogurt.


Directions

Combine all ingredients and put into a large oven safe casserole dish. Bake at 350 until apples are soft.

You can also put into a microware safe dish and microwave on high for about 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 6 cups, or 24 1/4 cup servings
