Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 pk yeast
    1 packet Stevia
    dash salt
    1 1/2 c warm water
    4 cups Wheat flour white
    1 egg beaten

    Toppings of choice.ie: Poppy Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Parmesan cheese, cinnamon/sugar, Kosher salt, etc.

Tips

serve with mustard and Jalapenos


Directions

in large bowl dissolve yeast, add Stevia, and salt. let sit until foamy. Slowly add floru 1/2 at a time until all absorbed. Knead on floured surface 7-10 minutes. Place in greased bowl, turning once to oil all sides. Cover let rise double in size.
Punch down divide into 10 - 12 equal balls. Roll into logs, shape into pretzel shapes or leave in logs. place on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper. Brush with egg mixture and sprinkle on topping of choice. Let sit for 15 minutes .
Bake 425* for 15 minutes. cool on rack.

Serving Size: makes 10 - 12 pretzels bake 425* 15 min.
