Fried Rice with Quiona vs Rice

Ingredients

    2 Cups cooked Quiona
    1 Cup chopped carrots
    3 stalks Celery
    1 cup chopped onion
    .25 sweet corn
    .50 cup egg beaters
    1.5 ham steak cubed
    3-4 TB lite soy sauce
    .50 TB Coconut Oil

Directions

Start to boil Quiona and chop vegies. While Quiona cooks saute carrots, celery, and onions in a little bit of oil (calculations done with Coconut Oil). Add in cubed ham and corn. Add cooked egg beaters and once quiona is cooked add to the rest of the ingredients. Add soy sauce to taste.
