Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 cup onion
    1 tsp chopped garlic
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
    2 cups chopped kale
    1/2 cup white beans

Directions

Sauté the onion, garlic, & red pepper until the onion is softened. Add the kale and cook until wilted. Add beans and cook until warmed through. Add salt & pepper to taste.
