Green Fruit/Protein Smoothie

Introduction

AM fruit/protein fruit smoothie with some greens. AM fruit/protein fruit smoothie with some greens.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 c spinach
    1 c kale
    1/4 avocado
    2 TBS chia seeds
    2 TBS ground flax seeds
    1 scoop of Garden of Life Raw Meal
    1 TBS frozen juice concentrate

    I blend all these greens together first to get a creamy consistency. I add enough water to help the process.

    6 frozen strawberries
    1 c frozen blueberries
    1 1/2 frozen bananas

    blend the rest together and enjoy! You have to add a lot of water to keep it blending - it gets thick. This makes 2 large smoothies - enough to fill up on for breakfast or any meal!

Tips

Switch up the juice concentrates and the fruits - whatever you have on hand. I also enjoy the different flavors of the powder meal (I make sure there is a lot of protein in them) so you can experiment with those, too!
