Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Cabbage, red, fresh, 1 head, small (4" dia)
    Carrots, raw, 5 medium
    Raisins, .75 cup (not packed)
    Apples, fresh with skin, 2 medium (2-3/4" dia)
    great value greek nonfat yogurt (plain) - 1 c., 1 serving
    Cider Vinegar, .25 cup
    Agave Nectar, Organic Blue Agave, Light, 4 tbsp



Directions

Shred Cabbage and Carrots in Food Processor.
Coarse chop apples.
Place in big bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and stir until well blended.

Serve and enjoy!
