Easy Asian Style Chicken Salad

Ingredients

    3 Tbsp All Seasons Sesame Soy Ginger Dressing
    1 Tbsp Mayonnaise, regular
    1.5 cup Chicken Breast, chopped or shredded
    8 Snow Peas, chopped
    2 green onions, thinly sliced
    Dash black pepper

    Optional (not included in calculation)
    1/4 cup chopped peanuts
    24 Ritz Crackers
    Crescent Rolls to make sandwiches

Directions

Mix all ingredents. Spoon 1 Tbsp of the chicken mixture onto each cracker. Sprinkle with peanuts (if desired)

2 Tbsp of chicken mixture= 1 serving
