Introduction

This tomato salad can be used with pasta , other greens. This tomato salad can be used with pasta , other greens.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Pint tomatoes ,cut in half.
    1 Garlic clove , minced.
    5 Basil leaves ,julienned.
    1 dash of freshly ground black pepper.
    1 dash of kosher salt
    1 Tbsp good olive oil.
    1/4cup parmesan cheese , grated.

Tips

Is also very good with added grated fennel.


Directions

Cut tomatoes, mince garlic, julienne the basil leaves
mix this with the olive oil salt and pepper, let sit in room temperature for 4 hours.

Serving Size: makes 2 sevings @ 1 cup tomatoes and juices
