CHICKEN STEW

Ingredients

    1/2 Small onion
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1 stalk diced celery
    1 tsp olive oil
    2tsp white wheat flour
    10 baby carrots diced
    1/2 c diced zucchini
    1/2 cup chopped broccoli
    1 cooked chicken breast roasted diced
    2 1/2 c water

Tips

can place pie crust over top for pot pie.


Directions

in a large pot place water and chicken breast. cook over medium heat 15 minutes, add vegetables and continue cooking until vegetables are soft. dissolve flour in 3 tablespoons of water. Slowly add mixture to chicken broth in pot, stir to keep from lumping up. cook until broth thickens. place in a baking pan and continue cooking for 45 minutes at 400*
