Ingredients

    125 g bell pepper
    275 g cucumber; pealed, seeds removed
    350 g ripe tomatoes
    130 g raw onion
    150 ml tomato sauce (optional for when there are not enough tomatoes from the harvest. I use homemade which I keep in the freezer)
    0.5 tsp. sea salt
    1 slice white bread (or equivalent in French bread or roll)
    8 oz. chilled water

Tips

This is also good as a bloody mary mix.

Directions

Soak the bread in the water
Puree all ingredients in a food processer or other kitchen appliance. I use a Ninja.
