    60 ml (1/4 cup) chili powder
    10 ml (2 teaspoons) ground coriander
    5 ml (1 teaspoon) ground cumin
    5 ml (1 teaspoon) ground ginger
    1 pinch cayenne (optional)
    45 ml (3 tablespoons) molasses
    45 ml (3 tablespoons) ketchup
    30 ml (2 tablespoons) Dijon mustard
    30 ml (2 tablespoons) red wine vinegar
    1 can (796 ml/28 oz) crushed tomatoes
    1 can (540 ml/19 oz) red kidney beans
    Salt and pepper
    15 ml (1 tablespoon) whole-grain mustard

Tips

You can switch the molasses for brown sugar.
