Madras Melon Seeds

Ingredients

    50 grams raw cantaloupe seeds (from 1 melon)
    1 Tblsp unsalted butter
    1/4 tsp mineral slat
    1/4 tsp curry powder
    1/8 tsp cayenne
    1/8 tsp turmeric

Tips

Can use honeydew seeds or squash seeds


Directions

Melt butter, add remaining ingredients in cookie sheet or shallow baking dish. Bake at 275 for 20-30 minutes, sturring every 5 minutes. When slightly browned, remove from oven and drain on paper towels.
