Chicken Pot Pie Bake

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 egg
    5 Chicken Breast or Thighs
    10 - 12 pealed baby carrots
    1 - 8oz can peas
    1 bag Green Giant Steamer corn
    1/2 cup chopped oinon
    1/2 green pepper chopped
    1/2 red or yellow or orange pepper chopped
    1 bag schredded cheese of your choice
    1 cup Bisquick
    1 1/2 cups milk
    1 can cream mushroom soup

    Cut chicken into small bite size pieces. cook until almost done. combine all veggies, make sure to dice up bell peppers & oinion.mix cream of mush soup with veggies..... Mix bisquick: 1 cup batter, 1 1/2 c milk, add cheese & mix well. pour veggies mixture into 9X13, pam coated baking pan. Then pour bisquick mixture over top.

Directions

Bake uncovered, cook on 400 degrees for 45 minutes:) Enjoy")
