Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients

    8 ounce fiber gourmet pasta or other whole wheat pasta
    2 - 6 ounce pkgs Hormel Chicken breast strips chopped
    2 cans reduced fat cream of ckn soup
    1c skim milk
    1/3 c grated romano cheese
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1/4 tsp ground pepper
    1/4c plain dried bread crumbs
    1 tbsp unsalted light butter, melted

Directions

preheat oven to 375, spray 7 x 11 baking deish with non stick spray.
Cook pasta, drain
Combine chicken, soup, milk, cheese, garlic powder, cumin, and pepper in large bowl; add the pasta and toss well, transfer to baking dish.
Combine bread crumbs and melted butter in small bowl, then sprinkler over the pasta/sauce mix.
Bake casserole 20 minutes
