16 oz cannned Crab, claw meat
1/4 cup Celery, finely chopped
1/2 medium Onion, finely chopped
1 TBS dried mustard
2 Tbs Parsley
Miss Jane's Crazy Mixed up Salt to taste
1/2 c bread crumbs
make into patties
spray a pan with cooking spray and fry till brown on each side.
