Banana Bread Protein Shake

Ingredients

    8 oz milk (I used Almond Breeze Almond Milk refrigerated, 30 cal, unflavored)
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Unjury)
    1 T. sugar free, fat free banana cream pudding mix
    1/8 t. pumpkin pie spice
    1 packet no-calorie sweetener (or to taste)
    1 drop butter extract

Tips

Top with a bit of fat free, sugar free whipped cream and just a few toasted walnut pieces to get the full effect. (not in nutritional value)


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender.

For a thinner shake, mix for one minute and let settle before transferring to a glass.

For a thicker shake, mix for two minutes. Add 5 - 6 ice cubes. Mix until all ice is crushed. Serve.
