Vanilla Protein Frappucino
8 oz. strong black coffee, cold (I used Maxwell House - House Blend)
1 packet Extend Shake, Vanilla
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (I used Chobani)
1/8 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon Stevia in the raw, or to taste.
When I'm making this for breakfast, I drink the entire portion. If I use this as a snack, I drink a half-serving and either share the other half-serving or refrigerate it for later.
Extend Shakes have 2 grams net carbs and are made expressly for diabetics. Net carbs for this recipe are only 6.5 grams!
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Add vanilla, stevia, and ice.
4. Pulse until ice is blended into beverage.
5. Serve immediately.
Serving Size: 1 shake (about 24 oz)
