Simple Pumpkin Soup

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 c. pumpkin (canned)
    3 c. low sodium chicken buillion
    1 T. butter
    1 t. salt (I usually omit)
    1 T. splenda (sugar)
    1/4 t. nutmeg
    1/4 t. pumkin pie seasoning
    1 clove garlic or 1/2 c. onions

Directions

6 - 3/4 to 1 cup serving
melt the butter, sautee the garlic/onions. Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
