Introduction

Great recipe, low calorie and VERY filling Great recipe, low calorie and VERY filling
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 lb lean (90/10) ground sirloin or ground turkey
    1 large onion diced
    28 oz crushed tomatoes
    32 oz rotel with green chilis
    1 16 oz can each UNDRAINED
    Navy beans, pinto beans, red beans, black beans, & whole kernel corn
    1 packet regular taco seasoning
    1 packet hidden valley ranch
    1.5 cups water

Tips

May be served with chips, cheese, or sour cream.

You may also substitute ground turkey or chicken breast instead of the beef


Directions

Lightly brown meat with onion (do not overcook or drain), add ALL other ingredients, bring to boil and simmer briefly or you can simply shut off and let sit till cools enough to eat

Serving Size: makes approximately 18 servings, 12 if you have large bowls
