Ingredients

    1 Light Multi-Grain English Muffin
    3 tbs All White egg white or 1 to 2 egg whites
    1 slice sharp white cheddar cheese
    1 slice fresh tomato
    (optional) - 1 tbs avocado

Directions

Fry egg whites in a small pan, add salt and pepper to taste
Meanwhile, toast english muffin and slice tomato.
Put cheese on top of bottom muffin, then egg, then tomato and voila.
