Ingredients

    2 medium eggs
    3 T. 2% milk
    1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash
    1/4 c. shredded hash browns
    1/4 c. shredded 2% mexican Fiur Cheese Blend
    3 T. southwest Salsa

Directions

Scramble eggs and milk, and Mrs. Dash until well beaten. Pour into a well heated skillet. Cook until light and fluffy. top with remaining ingredients and fold in half. Continue to cook until cheese melts. Serve
