3 oz fat free cream chese, softened 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained and diced 8 basil leaves, chopped 1/2 tsp garlic powder 4 slices provolone cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a baking sheet. In a small mixing bowl, combine first 4 ingredients (cream cheese through garlic powder); spread mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread. Place Provolone cheese on one piece of bread (of your choice) and top with other slice. Place on baking sheet and spray top with Pam. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melty and sandwiches are golden brown. Please NOTE: bread is not included in calorie count. Reason for this is because so many people use different brands so you'll need to add that into your calorie counter.
