Bulgar wheat casserole

Introduction

Vegetarian dish Vegetarian dish
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/3 bag of bulgar wheat (place in cold water)
    2 cups of butternut squash
    2 cups of acorn squash
    1 zucchini
    1 cup chopped carrots
    2 celery stalks chopped
    1 bell pepper chopped
    1 small onion chopped
    2 tablespoons of olive oil
    Add:
    1 teaspoon of oregano
    1 teaspoon of sage
    1 teaspoon of italian seasonings
    1 teaspoon of cumin
    1 teaspoon of garlic powder
    1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
    Season salt to taste

Directions

Chop, cube all ingredients
In a wok or large skillet cook all ingredients

Drain bulgar wheat and add to skillet

Add season salt and all dry herbs and spices desired
Mix together thoroughly
makes enough for 12 people
Serving size per person 1 cup
