Jenny's Stir Fry

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    5 chicken tenderloins
    1 zucchini, sliced
    8 baby carrots, diced
    1/2 cup onion, sliced
    2 tsp garlic
    1/2 cup green bell peppers, diced
    1/2 cup orange bell peppers, diced
    1 cup broccoli, diced
    4 small mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 cup black beans
    2 tsp wheat germ
    2 TB green juice
    teriyaki sauce to taste
    1 TB olive oil

Directions

Dice chicken into pieces Dice & slice veggies to shape and size desired. Heat olive oil. Add all veggies except zucchini and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes, then add zuchs and m.r.'s. Cook another 10-15 min. til tender. Then add sauce. Cook another 5.
