Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    2 cans (5oz each) chunk light tuna in water
    1 pkg (6oz) stove top stuffing mix
    1 cup water
    1 stalk celery
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1/2 cup lowfat mayo
    3 oz cheddar cheese, cubed

Tips

This is a Kraft recipe tailored down with healthier ingredients.


Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients except cheddar cheese squares. Spoon mixture into cooking sprayed muffin tin pan, making 12 muffins. Press cheddar cheese cube into center of muffin mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 min before removing from pan.

Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins, 2 muffins per serving
