Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
    Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed
    Kraft Mayo w/ Olive Oil, reduced fat mayonaise, 8 tbsp
    *Flour, white, 1.5 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Kroger stevia blend with Reb A, 20 grams

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease or spray loaf pan with cooking spray
Mash bananas, mix or whisk egg and mayo in large bowl until smooth. Mix flour, stevia, baking soda, vanilla and salt in with banana mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees in loaf pan appx 1 hour until knife or toothpick comes out clean.
