oatmeal raisin cookies

Introduction

Number of Servings: 60

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    3/4 c butter, unsalted
    1t vanilla
    1/2c flour, your type or preference
    1/4c flaxseed, ground
    1/4c wheat germ
    1/3c protein powder, or 2 servings of your favorite
    3c oats
    1t baking soda
    1T cinnamon
    1/2t nutmeg or cloves
    1c raisins

Tips

I made sure to whip the eggs, butter, and sugar really well. I also made sure to just fold and mix the dry ingredients lightly so cookies wouldn't rise so much.


Directions

Place raisins in small sauce pan and cover with water. Heat on medium high heat and let boil 5 minutes to soften raisins. Mix wet ingredients. Mix in dry ingredients. Drain raisins and fold them in with rest of mix.
Heat at 350 degrees
8-10 minutes Bake Time
