Ingredients

3 egg yolk
375ml nonfat milk
250g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
3 tsp sugar
half tsp salt
8 tbsp oil (the calories in this recipe are calculated using sunflower oil)
3 egg whites
Directions
Have all ingredients at room temp.
Mix egg yolk and milk together.
Add the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt and mix well.
Add the oil and stir until combined.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, and fold into the batter mixture with a metal spoon.
Lightly grease griddle or heavy pan and heat till hot even temperature.
Pour on enough batter for each waffle and cook either side.
This should make enough for six people as they are very filling.
