1/4 cup Orange Juice (I used Tropicana healthy & fit Oj for the nutritional info listed) 1 lemon, zested and juiced 12 oz Salmon fillets 2 Tbsp brown sugar 1 Tbsp chili powder 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Place Orange juice, lemon juice and salmon fillets in ziploc bag; seal and turn to coat. Marinade for 1 hour in refridgerator. Preheat oven broiler. Remove fillets from bag, discard marinade. In a small bowl, combine remaining brown sugar, chili powder and cinnamon; sprinkle on salmon fillets. Broil about 6" from heat source for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
