Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 Cauliflower Pizza Crust - line bottom & sides of 9" pie pans (see recipe on SP - DO NOT PRE-BAKE CRUST)

    1 C. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - layer cheese on crust

    SAUTEE'
    1 Medium onion
    3 small sweet peppers or 1 large pepper

    COMBINE
    2 C. Egg Beater
    3/4 C. Milk
    1 tsp. italian seasoning
    1 9.6 oz bag of Jimmy Dean precooked turkey sausage crumbles
    Sautee'd onion & pepper

    Pour gently into pie pans

    Bake at 350 for 30 - 45 minutes (done when inserted toothpick comes out clean)

Preheat oven to 350

Sautee'd onion & pepper

Pour gently into pie pans

Bake at 350 for 30 - 45 minutes on top oven rack (done when inserted toothpick comes out clean)

Let cool for 5 minutes before serving


Serving Size: Makes 2 9" Quiche - Serving size is 1/4 of pie (8 servings total)
