Taco Bake

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    You will need:

    a half package of cream cheese, Mexican cheese mix (I use 4 cheese from Aldi), some ziti or other type of pasta noodle, ground beef (I used ground turkey for the recipe), a package of taco seasoning, and 1 cup of water

Directions

Cook pasta until about el dente.
Cook meat, mixing in 1 cup of water and taco seasoning, then let that simmer. Add cream cheese.
Drain pasta and rinse with cold water.
Put pasta into a pan and add some cheese.
Add the meat sauce to the pasta, stirring everything. Add more cheese (as much as desired).
Bake at 350 for a half hour.

Serving Size: Makes about 8 servings
