Introduction

This is pure & simple banana bread--heavy, moist & dark. Makes about 12 servings This is pure & simple banana bread--heavy, moist & dark. Makes about 12 servings

Ingredients

    3 small Bananas, mashed
    2 Eggs, beaten
    2 cups Flour
    3/4 cup Sugar
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    1/2 cup Walnuts,chopped

Directions

Prehat oven to 350 deg. Spray 8-1/2x4-1/2x2-1/2" loaf pan with non-stick spray. Mix the bananas and eggs together in a large bowl. Stir in the flour, sugar, salt & baking soda. Add the walnuts and blend. Put the batter in the pan and bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from the pan to a rack. Serve still warm or cooled, as you like it.
