Ingredients

    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
    Arbonne Essentials Chocolate Protein Shake Mix (2 scoops) 1 serving
    Almond Butter, .5 cup
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 serving
    Honey, .25 cup
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.5 cup

Tips

Good for an after workout snacks.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together and form into 12 balls. Place in fridge until ready to eat.
