Ingredients

    6 oz non fat greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
    Frozen berries, I like a mixed blend
    walnuts, about 7 halves
    1/2 c orange juice, fortified and you get vitamin C and Calcium

    blend until smooth and enjoy guilt free!

Tips

Using frozen berries means I don't need to add ice.
