Superfood Tropical Smoothie

Introduction

Contains tons of vitamins and minerals, perfect for breakfast, and tastes delicious. Contains tons of vitamins and minerals, perfect for breakfast, and tastes delicious.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    - 1 large mango, peeled and sliced
    - 2 small oranges or 1 large orange, peeled and sliced
    - 1 medium banana or 2-3 finger bananas, peeled and sliced
    - 1 scoop (1 serving) Alive! Whole Food Energizer Vanilla Ultra-Shake, or other plant superfood or multivitamin additive
    - 1 and 1/2 cups Rice Dream Vanilla Rice Milk, or you can use Vanilla Soy Milk, or 1 cup Nonfat plain yogurt for a wonderful sour tang

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth, then serve in glasses; makes 2 smoothies (about 16 oz. each)
