Strawberry Bread Pudding

Introduction

Old bread/hot cross buns turned into bread pudding breakfast... or dessert. Old bread/hot cross buns turned into bread pudding breakfast... or dessert.

Ingredients

    2 Hot Cross buns (President Choice)
    2 Slices Wheat Bread Dempster
    1 C Strawberries (half)

    1 Egg
    1 C Milk 1%
    Dash cinnamon

Directions

Spray a 9X9 pan. Heat oven at 400F.

Cut bead and hot cross buns in cubes. Add strawberries.

Mix together milk, egg and cinnamon. Pour over the bread. Bake for 15-20 min.
