Ingredients

    1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, at room temperature (I use Neufchâtel)
    8 oz shredded cheese (I usually use sharp cheddar)
    1/2 to 1 cup milk (I use skim)

Directions

Combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, and 1/2 cup milk in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir until melted and creamy. Add additional milk if needed to get desired consistency.

Serving Size: Makes appx 3-4 cups
